Robert A. DuChemin, Sr.

Robert A. DuChemin, Sr. was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, but has practiced law in various cities in the State.  He is a graduate of Florida State University and received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Washington & Lee University School of Law.  His primary area of practice is civil litigation, including creditor's rights, construction litigation, legal malpractice, and domestic litigation.  He has served as an adjunct professor of business in the MBA Program for the University of North Florida and occasionally lectures at seminars for attorneys and credit managers.  Mr. DuChemin is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  Mr. DuChemin served as president of the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association from 1993 to 1996.  Along with his decades of litigation experience, Robert DuChemin is a certified circuit and federal court mediator, and has experience mediating a variety of cases.
